Weight gain drinks

The so called “weight gain” powders are protein powder with many extra sugar. You have no calories from sugar. You basically spend much money on a number of carbohydrates at low prices. About the only good thing about is weight gain protein powder in them, other than this there is no helpful thing in them. This led many to gain more fat than muscle. You should eat the right mix of carbohydrates, protein and fat gain in muscles of quality products such as fat from your body under control.

Do not want to exaggerate in order to gain muscle, powders and weight gain is rapid, high body fat. They can lead to weight gain, but because many of the resulting increase is oily, will be disappointment if you look in the mirror!

If you have a diet with enough calories, expensive weight gain drinks are of no value. You will want a simple and foolproof  idea to weight gain. If, as it was once you’re sick of being small and want to gain weight and feel better about yourself, go to “skinny guys who can not gain weight”. - use full cream milk and dairy products. Use milk instead of

- add milk powder to cereals, sauces desserts, mashed
vegetables, soup, drinks and egg dishes.
- add cheese to sauces, soup, vegetables, spaghetti,
casseroles, salads and egg dishes.
- add barley, split peas, soup mix, dried beans and lentils to
soup.
- Melt butter or drizzle oil on vegetables, pasta or rice.
- Spread bread or toast thickly with butter
- Put cream or ice-cream on puddings, pies, fruit or use in
drinks.
- add mayonnaise to sandwiches and salads.
- add sugar, golden syrup, honey or glucose powder to
cereal, fruit or drinks.

Adding powdered milk to your food and drinks to add calories is a great idea and you should definately try it. While you are underweight or struggling to maintain your weight, eating extra amounts of fat and sugar won’t hurt you. It is only unhealthy when you eat more of such nutrients than your body requires. Remember, though, to limit your intake of fat and sugar when you return to normal weight.

Here is a recipe for high protein milk you might find useful:
600mL milk
9 tablespoons skim milk powder
sprinkle powder on milk and whisk until dissolved.
Use high protein milk in place of regular milk, on cereal, in tea, coffee, ovaltine, for making milkshakes, smoothies, or custard, in mashed potato, creamy soup and savoury sauces.
