To start Breathing Yoga for weight loss

Yoga is one of the best way to be fit without any side effect.I will explain things in a very simple manner so that you can understand easily. I will try not to use technical terms which are difficult to understand.I will explain them  by serial Numbers like 1, 2 & 3….

Step 1. Bhastrika
(Take Deep Breathing) for atleast 5 minutes!

Here is the way how to do it.

The way you can do it: Take  deep breaths frequently and thereafter  breathe the air out completely with ease.
Duration : try to do it for minimum 2 minutes and 5 minutes at most.
Benefits :

1 . You can get relief  from depression,heart problems, lungs deaseases, spinal cord problems, headache, paralysis,breathing and respiratory diseases like asthama.

2. These breathing exercise will be very helpful to loose weight in long term.But if you leave the exercise after doing it for 6 months it will not cause in weight gain in a very rapid manner.That is why everyone recommend to do YOGA to Loose weight.

Other Tips: if you do this for 20 minutes daily will result in weight loss slowly.

Step.2 KapalBhati Pranayam

(You have to blow the nose)


How to do it: Just Push out  air forcefully and automatically you will feel that your stomach is getting squeezed inside.
Duration : You should startn it with 30 times or 1 minute and increase upto 5 mins minutes upto 15 minutes maximum.
Benefits :

1. Like the previous one this exercise too will be very helpful to loose weight in long term.Rather it seems to be more effective than the previous one as this will build muscle at abdomainal area.This is also recommended to Loose weight.

2. Like weight loss it is also helpful to cure cholesterol and  allergic problems ,acidity, , hepatitis B,Croesus(liver) and even cancer and AIDS.

Other Tips: When you are taking Each stroke you are breatheing out air from your nose forcefully , this will help you to loose body weight slowly.But  if you want to get the benifit of this very fast you have to control diet. Eat green vegetables and try to avoid carbohydrate and fat(Roti/breads/burger/pizzas/french fries/junk food). Eat fruit juices and boiled vegetables/salads.In Morning you can have juices(home made)/vegetable soups instead of Milk(if you want milk, take low fat milk).

Step 3 :Anuulom Viloom Pranayam

(This is a bit difficult One – Breathe in from one nose whole and breathe out from other nose  and vice-versa and repeate it  for 15 min to 30 min)


How to do it: Hold the right nostril of your nose with your thumb of your right hand, start breathe in from left nostril. Now close the left nasal with middle and ring finger and open your right nasal and breathe out from the right nasal. Same way slowly breathe in from the right nasal.Repeat vice-versa  by  closing  the right nasal and open left one and breathe out and in from left nasal. and keep this continuined again and again.
Duration : Try to do it for 10 minutes upto 1 hour.
Benefits : It will help you to cure heart deases, high Blood Pressure, sinual fluid reduced, neural relateddeaseses, depression, heart blockage, vat-cuf-pit, arthritis, cartilage, migraine pain, asthma, sinus, allergy etc.

Other Tips: Try to do it in morning after you get up and clean your mouth. Also drink water (One glass) before you start as it will clean the toxics elements from your body and constipation problem will not ocuur too.

  11. Losing weight is just so darnchallenging. I know so many people who struggle with it and I would too if I wasn’t such an exercise freak. That plus putting good things in your body have been the only ways I’ve found too keep the weight off.
